1 WELCOME TO THE SALZHAUS We would like to welcome you to our restaurant sincerely. Allow us to enchant you in the unique ambience blending historical architecture with modern design and an exhilarating light concept. During the 19th century this building was used as a salt storage facility. Therefore the name Salzhaus Salthouse. Salt has always been a symbol of hospitality which we would like to channel through a passionate and charming level of service. The proverbial salt in the soup is prepared by the young kitchen team through an exquisite style of fusion cooking combining local specialties with Asian ingredients and spices. The stunning culinary creations are enriched by adding the right amount of white gold. Precious salts such as the French Fleur de Sel de Guerande or the Blue Persian Salt- impart our Salzhaus dishes with their incomparable signature taste.
