14 Horcher menu with wine tasting Something new This menu includes a little wine tasting from our Horcher vineyard in the Pfalz region. Meals are served along with a description of wines from our vintner, Wolfgang Grün, on the table or under their glasses to help them taste and smell the unique characters and aromas. We start with our vintner's sparkling wine. For three course meals, we will then serve two white wines to go with the appetizer and two red wines to go with the main course. We hope to steer communication between guests to the beautiful subject of wine and provide an opportunity to compare two wines. Dessert will be accompanied by a blast of aromas, full of different bold aromas which should provide plenty to talk about. Which wine goes best with dinner? What are the differences and how do I taste them? A carefree wine tasking with no pressure only fun! Of course the wine descriptions have been translated into various languages to give international guests an understanding of German wine.
