2 The Steakhouse Menu Our steaks are hand seasoned and cooked to perfection over an open flamed grill to enhance their natural flavours. We use choice, aged, hand-cut beef, that s evenly marbled for just the right flavour. From lean and tender steaks, to those that are robust and bursting with flavour, Seasons has a cut that suits the most discerning steak enthusiast. Grain Fed Angus Reserve Steaks Eye Fillet 20g The most tender of all steaks with an almost buttery texture that s mild and subtle in flavour. Porterhouse 30g An all-time favourite, rich in flavour, with a fine yet firm texture, also known as Sirloin. Scotch Fillet 30g The most flavourful of steaks off the bone, highly marbled so it remains juicy and tender. Rib Eye 400g The quintessential Australian steak, that s tender, rich and flavoursome. Rump 400g The firmest steak, lean and full-flavoured with delicious characteristics and perfect seasoning. All our steaks are served with roasted crisp chat potatoes and roasted tomato. Specify your choice of red wine gravy, mushroom, pepper sauce or Seasons garlic butter. Cooking Styles - Please specify when ordering Blue Steak Lovers, Just touched the Grill. Deep red colour overall. Served up to 3 degrees. Rare Maybe minutes grilling depending on size, bright red, warm, around 40 degrees. Medium Rare The most popular, centre very pink and sealed brown exterior, Hotter degrees. Medium Light pink centre, exterior brown and hot throughout, 0 degrees. Well Done Well cooked, no pink, uniformly Brown, 71 degrees plus.
