Few meals are more demanding and laborious to learn than making sushi. And hardly any meal is trickier when it comes to freshness. It's really not easy to make sushi of highest quality and serve it fresh. We know how to do it. With our in-house manufactory, directly at your place. We have been doing that for over ten years under the supervision of our Japanese sushi expert, Ms Shimizu. Highest quality is not only the hallmark of perfect craftsmanship but also of best ingredients: Special rice from controlled farming without genetic modification, choice vegetable, preferably from local growers, fish and seafood from sustainable sources.
