The final guaranteed number of participants should be communicated to the hotel three days befe the start of the event and will be the final number f billing purposes. If the number is higher than the guaranteed number, the billing will be adjusted. The rental of any private room f breakfast, lunch, cocktails dinner f fewer than 20 people is 150. food and beverages Entry to the hotel with any food by the ganizers and their guests is not permitted without the pri written permission of the hotel management. ckage fee If customers bring wine, they will be charged a ckage fee of 8 per bottle. The hotel reserves the right to withdraw any item of signage which, owing to its size, appearance location, is not suited to the area where it is positioned. No signs may be placed in front of fire extinguishers, emergency exits and power outlets. The use of hanging means, such as nails, pins, tape otherwise f affixing materials to walls, flo ceiling is not permitted. Any expenditure generated by the repair of any damage caused to the hotel s facilities equipment by the people present at the event will be the sole responsibility of the client, who authizes the hotel to add these amounts to the invoice of the event later. ders, packages, and printed material The hotel may receive material f use during the event on behalf of the ganizers. Accdingly, all deliveries should be clearly marked with the name and date of the event, the ganizer/client s name, the name of the room to be used and the name of the contact at the hotel. Payment on delivery packages will not be accepted. Any excess material from the customer must be picked up at the end of the event. The hotel shall not be responsible f any loss of property left by the ganizers their guests on-site befe, during and after the event. telephones All the rooms are equipped with telephone extensions that can be used upon request of the customer and with the respective device. If the service is required the outside line will be established once the customer occupies the room. Any call made will be added to the main account.
