3 years we ve been in business bistro catering is run by a husband and wife team longest distance (miles) traveled to cater an event erin knows food... she started her career as a private chef chef matt and sous chef al started working together over 20 years ago at off broadway 8 members of our culinary team who work on each menu bistro catering was the 2nd business (after the bistro) in the fine dining family... followed by q roadhouse, osteria, the kitchen, bin22 & bodega 120+ couples we ve served on their wedding days
