Perfect for your next meeting, seminar, office lunches, end of year celebrations, home parties, or any reason really. 2. Onsite Custom Catering - If you re after the theater of freshly steamed or fried dumplings, woks being fiered up & our excellent staff to serve the event, this is the perfect option. We look after it all, at your choice of location. Home or office parties, cooprate events, weddings, birthdays, we do it all. We select only the best and freshes local produce and ingredients to ensure that all our food is of the highest quality, presentation & style. 3. DIY - You can still impress your guests without having to start from scratch. We provide our dumplings snap frozen & our simple equipment so you can shine! Using our dumplings as a base, create soups, dipping sauces, salads and make it yours. Perfect for BBQ s, family dinners or small get togethers.

With over 20 years of hospitality under our belt, we know exactly what our guests like, making sure there is enough food going around & there s a huge variety on offer. Our highly trained staff can be on hand to serve the event & look after all the finer details with unparalled service,, making sure you are available to be the best host, mingle and create memories. Previous clientel include events for BMW X2 launch, product launches, Lendlease, KWM Lawers, Apartment openings, weddings etc. It will surely impress your guests.

8 3. DIY You want to be able to cook for your friends & family, you dont have 40 guests coming over to organise a full catered event, but want something simple & easy to do. Our DIY catering option, purchase our dumplings that are handmade and snap frozen to cook them at home yourself. Create your own sauces or use our dumplings as a base for a soup or salad and voila, your e set! We even hire out some of our simple equipment to make it easier. OUr dumplings can be cooked in 3 ways: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. pan fry METHOD (NO 1-2) First steam the dumplings (follow steaming method cooking times), then lightly oil your pan and put it on high heat. Once the pan is hot, place the dumplings on the pan and lower the flame to medium, Drizzle with more oil, after 3-5 min, your dumplings are ready. Check that the bottom of your dumplings are golden brown. 2. STEAMiNG METHOD (NO 3-15) Ensure the water is boiling. Place the dumplings in the steamer & cover with lid. Follow the cooking timings. If using a metal based steamer, lightly oil the steaming tray to avoid the dumplings/buns sticking to the tray. If using bamboo baskets, place dumplings on wax paper liners or on lettuce/cabbage leaves to prevent sticking to the bottom. 3. DEEP fry METHOD (NO 16-19) To fry, preheat a large wok or fry pan. When hot, pour enough oil in to completely cover the spring rolls/ dumplings. Heat to about 325 degrees. Carefully place the rolls into the oil. Do not crowd the pan. Fry the spring rolls until filling is cooked, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, turning often until they are nicely brown and crisp.

10 Equipment: Electric non stick pans used to panfry dumplings are available to be hired for your upcoming party/event. It is free of charge however A $50 bond is required, which is refundable upon the return of the equipment. Please note that all hires will be for 48 hours.
