3 HAKKASAN JAKARTA Located next to the Indonesia Stock Exchange and across from the Pacific Place in the Sudirman Central Business District, Hakkasan Jakarta combines a restaurant and bar into one dynamic setting. Situated on level 25 of the newly constructed Alila SCBD Hotel, Hakkasan features a main dining room, lounge, bar and private dining room, with all providing sweeping views of the urban landscape below. With a focus on innovative Cantonese cuisine, cocktails, and an extensive wine selection, Hakkasan is one of the best fine dining experiences within Jakarta and throughout South East Asia. The restaurant is separated by intricate carved wooden screens and latticing that echoes the rich and glamorous interiors of the London flagship restaurant. Signature dishes include Peking duck served with Royal Beluga caviar, grilled Chilean sea bass cooked in honey and the famous stir-fried black pepper rib-eye beef. The kitchen is at the helm of Chef de Cuisine Sky Wong Kum Choy, who embraces a personal passion for Cantonese cuisine due to his Hakka origin. Hakkasan Jakarta is the 12 th Hakkasan to open globally.

4 LOUNGE The Lounge features latticed wood work in an almost 180-degree semi-circular room serving to provide a sophisticated retreat from bustling Jakarta city life. 6 THE CAGE The restaurant s main dining room is separated by intricate carved wooden screens and latticing that echoes the rich and glamorous interiors of the London flagship restaurant. Overlooking the open-air kitchen helmed by Chef de Cuisine Sky Wong Kum Choy, who embraces a personal passion for Cantonese cuisine due to his Hakka origin, the Cage is the centerfold of any Hakkasan venue. With movable partitions that provide a semi-private experience when the right event calls for it, this Main Dining Room provides not only glamourous views of urban landscape but delivers the true Hakkasan experience. 8 BAR The signature blue-lit bar serves an array of cocktails and small eats, whilst providing the Jakarta social scene with an energetic backdrop to start the evening.
