You are invited to host your holiday celebrations in MGM Springfield s ARIA and Bellagio Ballrooms for parties of all sizes. Each ballroom comes complete with holiday themed décor and furnishing including Christmas trees for those who wish to have them, a fully decorated terrace and pre-function space. With an assortment of holiday menu options, you can choose from a holiday lunch buffet to a holiday dinner buffet, as well as a more formal holiday reception option featuring a variety of classic dishes with an elevated twist, from glazed ham with a signature apple sauce to citrus poached cod and much more. Each holiday celebration in the ballrooms includes a chef s selection of assorted holiday treats including the classic yule-log and gingerbread cookies, as well as freshly brewed coffee and deluxe teas. 13 CATERING POLICIES Catered meals require a minimum number of guests per event. Enjoyment of our buffets require a minimum of 20 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plated meals are designed for a minimum of 10 guests for breakfast and 15 for lunch. Should your attendance fall below the minimums listed, a catering fee equivalent to the difference will be applied. Prices are subject to change and do not include 7% sales tax on food and beverage, and a taxable 22% service charge and other fee based charges. Pricing can be guaranteed up to six months prior to function. Time of service can be extended an additional 30 minutes for an additional $3 per person. Consuming undercooked meats, fish or dairy may increase the risk of illness. Some ingredients are manufactured in a facility that also processes eggs, tree nuts, and soy, wheat, fish and shellfish products.
