2 History Today s SEITNER HOF hotel has a long history that stretches back to the first documented mention of habitation at the site in the year 806. The farmhouse that was to become the SEITNER HOF was built in around1818 and is now a listed building. The traditional premises were converted into a hotel by the Köhler family, direct descendants of the Seitner family. Location Situated on the high banks of the River Isar, Pullach is a picturesque suburb on the southern outskirts of Munich that is both quiet and central. The S7 S-Bahn (suburban train) station is three minutes away on foot; the journey to Munich s central station takes a quarter of an hour.

Beer garden Very close to our hotel you will find the Waldwirtschaft Großhesselohe forest pub with its renowned jazz beer garden. Iberl-Bühne Original and recommendable Bavarian cabaret in the lberl inn (own beer garden). Rafting For a great day out, take part in one of the fun nostalgic guided raft trips that take place once a week on the Isar from May to September. Cycling Cycle paths lead along the River Isar from Munich city centre Thalkirchen and Pullach to Wolfratshausen. Bavaria-Filmstadt The nearby Filmstadt am Geiselgasteig offers entertaining tours of the film studios and the elaborate outdoor film sets. Hellabrunn Zoo Among other attractions, Munich s popular zoo offers guided tours at night and a look behind the scenes.
