7 Terms & Conditions: All methods of payment and the number of guests is agreed upon and approved by both sides. Any Increase in number of guests should be requested one week prior to the event. No decrease in number of guests or in menu price will be allowed after signing the contract. Down Payment is a must in order to secure the function space on a definite basis. LE 30,000 for Tutankhamun bookings. LE 20,000 for the Terrace bookings. LE 10,000 for Cheops and Chephren bookings. 50% of the total payment must be paid two months prior the event date. Full payment must be settled two weeks prior to the event date. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the event if the agreed payment schedule is not met. Neither cooked food nor non alcoholic beverages are allowed into the hotel by the guests. Fire works are completely prohibited. Singers & bands are not allowed at Cheops, Chephren ballrooms, Clubhouse Terrace & the Beach. D.J is not allowed only till 10:00 PM at the Clubhouse Terrace and the sound will be controlled by the hotel. External lighting system is not allowed at Tutankhamun Ballroom. Only Wireless Video Cameras are allowed at Tutankhamun Ballroom. A security deposit of L.E. 5, to be paid at the hotel gate by any outside contractor (Video, Photographer, Decoration, etc) and to be refunded as per the hotel internal policy. kindly be informed that any deposit should be paid at the front desk area only, and be sure to take a copy from the deposit receipt manually & electronically, stamped with the hotel stamp. Any other document will not be considered as legal proof of payment. Cancellation Policy: Full down payment is refundable, if cancellation is more than 120 days before the event date. 50% of the down payment is refundable, if cancellation is between 120 to 90 days prior to the event date. No refund for the down payment if cancellation is within 89 days or less prior the event date. This also applies in case of bookings made 90 days or less to the event date. The down payment is non-refundable if the event is postponed to a later stage and then cancelled. The refund will be paid to the guest who signs the contract, by way of a check issued within 20 days of the cancellation notice date. لقد تم األتفاق على السعر المبدئي وكيفية السداد وعدد المدعوين كما هو محدد في العقد. قابلية زيادة عدد المدعوين عن المتفق عليه يتم اإلبالغ عنها في مدة اقصاها أسبوع من تاريخ الحفل وال يسمح بتخفيض السعر أو العدد المتفق عليه بالعقد بعد التوقيع. الدفعة المبدئية لتأكيد حجز الحفالت :- 30,000 جنية لحجز قاعة توت عنح امون. 20,000 جنية لحجز تراس الكلوب هاوس. 10,000 جنية لحجز قاعة خوفو أو خفرع. لقد تم األتفاق على أن يقوم العميل بدفع %50 من المبلغ المتفق عليه قبل شهرين من تاريخ الحفل. لقد تم اإلتفاق على ان يقوم العميل بسداد كامل التكاليف قبل أسبوعين من تاريخ الحفل. يحتفظ فندق جي دبليو ماريوت بحق إلغاء الحجز في حالة عدم إلتزام العميل بجدول سداد الدفعات المقررة في مواعيدها. ال يسمح بتوريد أي أغذية مطهية أو مشروبات غير كحولية إلى الفندق. ال يسمح إطالقا باأللعاب النارية داخل القاعات. ال يسمح بوجود مطربين بقاعتى خوفو و خفرع و تراس الكلوب هاوس و الشاطئ. يسمح بوجود دي جي في تراس الكلوب هاوس حتى الساعة العاشرة مساء و يخضع الصوت إلشراف الفندق. ال يسمح باستخدام أجهزة إضاءة خارجية بقاعة توت عنخ آمون. ال يسمح إال باستخدام كاميرات التصوير الالسلكية داخل قاعة توت عنخ آمون. يتم دفع مبلغ 5000 جنيها مصريا كتأمين للقاعات عن طريق كل مورد )التصوير الديكور الدي جي... إلخ( و يتم رد هذا التأمين طبقا للسياسة الداخلية للفندق. عميلنا العزيز الرجاء من سيادتكم التأكد من دفع أى مبالغ نقدية للحجوزات بمنطقة المكاتب األمامية فقط والحصول على إيصال سداد مطبوع و أخر مكتوب بخط اليد مع وجود شعار و خاتم الفندق حيث أنه لن يعتد بأى مستند آخر كدليل على السداد. في حالة اإللغاء:- يرد مقدم الحجز بالكامل إذا تم اإللغاء قبل أكثر من 120 يوم من تاريخ الحفل. يرد %50 فقط من مقدم الحجز إذا تم اإللغاء فيما بين 120 إلى 90 يوم قبل الحفل. إذا كان اإللغاء قبل الحفل بأقل من 90 يوم ال يرد أى مبلغ و يسري ذلك أيضا إذا كان الحجز قد تم قبل موعد الحفل بأقل من 90 يوم. في حالة تأجيل الحفل إلى ميعاد أخر ثم إلغائة ال يرد أي مقدم الحجز. يتم رد مبلغ المقدم بموجب شيك بأسم الشخص الموقع على العقد خالل 20 يوم من تاريخ االلغاء.
