In Regencós, we can hold civil weddings in our beautiful garden with swimming pool, and religious weddings in the Romanesque church located next to the hotel, and our decorators can convert interiors and exteriors to make your wedding spectacular. Hotel del Teatre offers a romantic bridal suite on the top floor, so magical that you won t know whether you are asleep or dreaming. Our Restaurant, La Calèndula, is located in front of the hotel. It occupies what used to be the village theatre, which has been renovated with an exquisite design and retaining the stage which now features a large wine selection, and a reception area that is ideal for aperitifs, the tables and space for dancing. La Calèndula s kitchen is run by the chef Iolanda Bustos, recognised for her use of flowers in her cuisine. She herself will design your menu of floral sensations, which all your guests will remember forever. Starting with the welcome glass of the traditional Xampanyet de Flors de Saüc (Sparkling elderberry wine) which she makes herself and which, according to legend, becomes a lifelong love potion for whoever drinks it on their wedding day. The meal continues with aperitifs prepared with flowers from the garden and dishes that reflect the sea, the countryside and the mountains of Empordà. 13 PRICES OF THE MENUS DON NOT INCLUDE Extra buffets Snacks during the dance: please consult us We offer a dinner for third-party professionals for 40 euros per head. Price of rental and assembly of furniture for clients who wish a civil ceremony in our gardens are not included. Third-party suppliers, such as Dj, photograph, flowers, video, chauffeurs, etc.. Wedding planner, if required The trial tasting of the menu should take place about two months before the date of the event. It is free for the couple, if they decide to contract with us. Other participants will be charged 70 per head. The children s menu for minors of 12 years includes a non-alcoholic cocktail, a dish of pasta, chicken, ice-cream, the wedding cake and soft drinks. Price 40 per child.

14 STAYING WITH US The hotel Del Teatre is a charming old eighteenth century country mas. Its seven rooms have been designed by the studio Trestrastos in the same cosy style, inspired by the local houses with a touch of the Baleares, so as to enjoy to the maximum the warm light characteristic of the Empordá. The village itself, Regencós, although situated in the middle of the Costa Brava, has maintained its medieval and rural peaceful atmosphere where nature is everywhere present. Clients, who wish to retain all seven rooms of the hotel, in order to enjoy it exclusively with their families and friends, can do so for a minimum of two nights. 15 INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS We host wedding events for up to 65 guests for formal dinners and 90 for cocktail dinners The minimum number of guests is 40. Should fewer guests attend, we would charge on the basis of the minimum number. The rental charge of the premises is for the day. We can provide formal dinners up to 10PM and up to 2AM for snacks and other We do not host wedding parties during summer months The reservation for the event will be definitive and the date blocked only upon receipt of an advance payment of 30% of the amount of the total bill, according to the number of guests. All our prices are subject to change, according to the season, but always applying market prices at the time of the wedding. The number of guests must be informed by mail ten days before the date of the event. Should the actual number of guests be lower than the one announced, this last will be used for the bill, which must be settled seven days previously to the event. All our prices are inclusive of a 10% VAT and are subject to change should the tax rate be modified. The new law on payments in cash limits us to accept only payments not exceeding Any amount in excess must be settled by credit card or wire transfer.
