1 Other Side of the Moon Restaurant Executive Chef Damon Georgiou and his team pride themselves on using the freshest, and where possible, sustainable local produce from one of the most abundant food and wine regions in Australia. Other Side of the Moon is aptly named after one of the famous beaches and surf breaks nearby. It is easy to be swept away by such magical views, but the heart and soul of our restaurant is not the white sands and turquoise waters of Bunker Bay but the array of fresh locally sourced seasonal produce featured proudly on our modern Australian menu. For your dining pleasure, food and wine pairings have been carefully selected to complement the delicate flavours of each dish. Our team s commitment to service ensures that any special dietary requirements are accommodated and special occasions are celebrated here in a relaxed setting at Other Side of the Moon Restaurant.
