11 OPENING HOURS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OPENING HOURS OPIO Restaurant to OPIO Bar to Patio Palmera to Rooftop to MUSIC Music is the hallmark of the Puro brand, it is carefully chosen by our resident DJs and consists of several styles (lounge, soulful & house) which changes according to the hour of the day. For this reason music cannot be changed or adapted for any event. We are not allowed to host live music or acts. Volume in interior spaces is 85 db. Volume in exterior spaces 65 db. (Conversation sound level) EXCLUSIVE HIRE Exclusive hire depends on a number of factors such as: date, time, number of guests, minimum spend, (high or low season). For more information please contact our sales department. OPERATIONAL For small groups we suggest consulting our restaurant menu. Some culinary services require a minimum number of guests; should the number of guests fall under that minimum, we will add an extra charge to cover the cost. The wines included in our beverage package will be served only during the arranged time. After this time, drinks will be charged under normal consumption. At least 15 days before the event, the client will confirm in writing: the menu selec-tion, number of pax, timings and final details. Food and drinks from outside are not permitted GRATUITIES One invitation for the organiser of a group of 40 paying diners. PAYMENT POLICY 60% deposit to be paid upon confirmation. The remaining amount of the pro forma invoice shall be paid two weeks before the event date. The remaining amount and any extras are payable on the day of the event. If you have not chosen a specific menu, the total cost shall be calculated by multi-plying the number of attendees by the least expensive menu. A guarantee credit card authorization, signed by the holder, is required for event extras. Costs may vary depending on the number of pax, area and set-up. The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer to the following account: Banco BANCO POPULAR ESPAÑOL, S.A IBAN: ES SWIFT / BIC: POPUESMM When transferring please indicate the name of the reservation and the event date. Please send proof of payment to: events@purohotel.com The costs associated with the bank transfer must be paid by the customer. CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION OF EVENT The cancellation or reduction of the event must be notified in writing to the sales department, at least 15 days before the event, when the list of definitive attendees is closed. From this moment onwards, 100% of all hired services will be charged. CANCELATION OR REDUCTION OF SERVICES If cancelation occurs 6 months prior to the event, the contract may be cancelled with no penalties applied and full reimbursement of deposit If cancellation occurs between 6 to 3 months prior to the event, 25% of the last pro-forma invoice will be charged. If cancellation occurs between 3 to 2 months prior to the event, 50% of the last pro-forma invoice will be charged. If cancellation occurs between 2 to 1 month prior to the event, 60% of the last pro-forma invoice will be charged. If cancellation occurs with in 1 month prior to the event, 100% of the last pro-forma invoice will be charged and all services. AGENCY AND INTERMEDIARY COMMISSIONS We offer a 10% commission on the net of the hired services. Fees, transfer services, audiovisuals, the shop and other external services hired are not subject to commissions. The commission cannot be deducted from the last pro forma invoice before the arrival of the group. The payment of the same will be made once the event has fin-ished, according to the hired services For payment to commence, the sales department must first receive the invoice.
