9 POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS... OPENING HOURS Everyday of the week from 10 am until 12 pm in high season. Everyday of the week from 10 am until sunset in low season. Pool Hours (sunbeds), from 10 am until sunset. FOOD SERVICE Low season 12 pm until 5 pm. High season 12 pm until 11 pm. MUSIC Music is the hallmark of the Puro brand. It is carefully chosen by our resident DJs and consists of several styles (Lounge, Soulful & House) which change according to the time of the day. For this reason, music will not be changed or adapted to any special event. We are not legally authorized to offer music or live performances. We have a volume control device so that the neighbourhood is not disturbed. Volume of music cannot be altered. Hours of music from 10 am until 01 am (from 12 am we can only play music indoors as we are not legally authorized to play music on the terrace). Schedules specifically to high season. Volume limitation: 65 db. From 10 am to 3 pm; 85 db. From 3 pm to 10 pm CAPACITIES Roof deck: Cocktail 300 pax. Terrace / Pool: 1000 pax, please ask to events department. Restaurant: 80 pax / Cocktail 200 pax. EXCLUSIVITY Full exclusivity will depend on a number of factors such as date, time, number of guests, minimum spend (High or Low Season). For more information, please contact our Events Department. OPERATIONAL The events menus are applicable to groups over 25 people. For groups under 25 people, please choose our À la carte menu. Some culinary services require a minimum number of guests; should the number of guests fall under that minimum, we will add an extra charge to cover the cost. The wines included in our beverage package will be served only during the course of the meal, which is estimated to be of 1,5 h. After this time, drinks will be charged on consumption. Menu tasting will be offered free of charge for two people in the events of groups of over 40 guests. For groups of fewer than 40 people, the cost of the menu tasting will be added to the taste the events menu. All extra charges will be added to the final bill OUR RATES INCLUDE Our choice of music. Up to 2 group organizers free of charge for groups of over 40 people.
