1 Ordering Your Carbohydrate Counting Diet How to order meals: To order a meal, call between 7 am and 7 pm. Your meal will be brought to your room within 45 minutes. If you would like to pre order your meals in advance, please let your Room Service Operator know when you place your order. If you choose not to order food, a standard tray will be sent to you. Carb Content Counting carbs is very important for some patients. Please see the food chart for information on how many carbs are in the foods on the menu.
