1 Main Menu Welcome to The Stag at Walton; a traditional, privately operated pub. We make our own beer in our micro-brewery in the cellar. Our main courses are all home made, nothing comes out of a box into a microwave. Our Head Chef Brian, has been with us for over 10 years and is passionate about the food he serves. Our menu includes smaller portions for those with a smaller appetite. We also have a Gluten Free section for those who need to avoid wheat products. We hope you enjoy our pub, our beer and our food. We use no preservatives or flavourings. We do not filter our beer and no carbon dioxide is used to preserve it. Our beer is made with Malt, Hops, Yeast, Water and nothing else. We are constantly working on improvements and new recipes so please do try the beer and let us know what you think.
