3 SPACES Perfect for groups , looking for an informal event offering a casual cocktail share menu with great drinks, eclectic music and stunning views. A destination space for relaxed get togethers. Seated occasions for guests. West can be secured for a larger private seated event for up to 80 guests. A refined contempory dining room with a unique private space that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Seated set menu for 8 20 KU Dining can be secured for a larger private seated event for up to 60 guests. Page 3

4 MENUS Areas can be secured in The Deck for groups of with a $500 deposit that is used as a bar tab on the day of your event. 9 BEVERAGES BEVERAGE OPTIONS Available in The Deck, West and KU Dining All functions have the option of a beverage package, bar tab with pre-selected beverages or a cash bar. Please note that beverage packages are only available for confirmed functions. The KU DE TA Beverage Packages are inclusive of sparkling wine or champagne, white wine, red wine, draught beers, still and sparkling water. All beverage selections including beverage packages must be made five working days prior to your function. If any wines selected are not available, our sommelier will recommend alternatives from our main wine list. Beverages are also available on a consumption basis with a bar tab arranged prior to your function. Decorations If you are considering decorations for your event please consult the events team to ensure these will be permitted in the venue. Please note that confetti or tables scatters of any form are not permitted. 12 TERMS & CONDITIONS Tentative Bookings All bookings must be confirmed, within 5 business days of making tentative reservation, otherwise the management reserves the right to cancel the booking. The confirmation should be accompanied with a signed copy of these terms and conditions along with the deposit details. Deposit All areas will require a $500 deposit amount to confirm the booking, unless otherwise specified by KU DE TA Management Exclusive events will require a 50% deposit based on the total food and beverage spend. Cancellation Refunds shall be made on a pro-rata basis (as shown below) and are at the event manager discretion; Period Cancellation Fee Less than 4 weeks Deposit forfeited and a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of total estimated food and beverage charges (based on last numbers provided) Less than 2 weeks Deposit forfeited and a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of total estimated food, beverage and AV charges (based on last numbers provided) Less than 1 weeks Deposit forfeited and a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total estimated food, beverage and AV charges (based on last numbers provided) Minimum Spends Event bookings may require a minimum spend based on the event requirements and when stipulated, events must adhere to the minimum spend required. Organisers are liable for the difference in the event of the minimum spend not being met. West exclusive use $15,000 KU Dining exclusive use $20,000 All food, beverage and discretionary service charge going towards this minimum spend. Service Charge A 10% service charge will be added to any table/group larger than 12. Confirmation of Attendance You are required to advise your final number of guests five days prior to your event. Payment will be based on final numbers provided five days prior to your event or attendee numbers on the day, whichever is greater. Guest Lists On confirmation of final numbers, a guest list is required for all events to ensure and guarantee entry to KU DE TA. Please the list to your event coordinator five days prior to your event. Page 12

13 TERMS & CONDITIONS Catering Requirements All guests attending an event at KU DE TA must be catered for. Set menus consist of an allocated number of options pending each course. A surcharge will apply if extra choices are required. Menu selections are required five days prior to your event. If selections are not advised at this point, your selection cannot be guaranteed to be available. KU DE TA reserves the right to substitute menu items of a similar quality without notice, due to, but not limited to, supplier shortages and seasonal change. All pricing is seasonal and is subject to change. All dietary requirements will be catered for individually by the KU DE TA chefs. Special dietary requirements must be communicated five days prior to the event. BYO policy No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into KU DE TA. Birthday Cake s KU DE TA can supply house made birthday cakes to be served in all areas. Please ask the events team for details. Responsible Service of Alcohol KU DE TA complies with responsible service of alcohol legislation. All staff are trained in the liquor licensing accredited RSA (responsible service of alcohol) and they may refuse to serve alcohol to any person who they believe to be intoxicated. Any persons deemed intoxicated by KDT staff or Management must be removed from the venue. In accordance with liquor licensing laws of Western Australia, minors are only permitted on the premises in the direct company of their parent or legal guardian and may be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of management. At no time is a minor permitted to consume alcohol on the premises. Set Up and Delivery External AV and production companies are required to make contact with KU DE TA event staff five working days prior to the event. The client should ensure event staff are advised of all goods/packages to be delivered and that they are adequately marked with the contact name, date of the event and contact number. All equipment must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless previously arranged with the KU DE TA event staff. Page 13
