2 King s Food Hospitality & Event Catering Menu External customers This menu has been created to suit a wide range of events, tastes and budgets from light refreshments to working lunches, receptions and formal dinners. We also offer half or full day delegate packages which include catering and room hire. Please note that the prices in this menu are subject to VAT. To order from this menu, please observe the following terms and conditions: A minimum spend of 20 is required for all delivered orders A cost code must be provided at the time of booking 2 working days notice is required for beverages, snacks and working lunches. 5 working days notice is required for all other menu items. 5 working days notice is required for all events that take place after Monday to Friday, on weekends and public holidays and staff charges will apply. 5 working days notice is required for all events that require service. Deliveries in the Maughan Library between and out of term time will incur staffing charges. Hot food is only available in certain locations please check before ordering. 11 Formal dining This seasonal menu includes a serving of freshly baked bread rolls with butter, water for the table and tea or coffee. Please inform King s Food of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. A minimum of 10 people is required. Please choose one starter, one main and one dessert to make up a set menu for your entire party. Vegetarian main courses will be created from some components of the main meal that is chosen.
