14 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of 15% service charge. Please be informed, that there is no rental fee for the private use of the venue, however we request a guaranteed minimum food and beverage consumption during the meeting. The minimum consumption fee is 100% consumable. If the given limit will not be exceeded, the remaining amount is going to be charged as other F&B fee. Service charge is not included in the minimum consumption fee. The prices are valid only in the context of the given menu or beverage package. Any single order of any item, any modifications (duration, service style, number of guests, selection, portions, location, etc.) may cause a change of prices. We reserve the right to modify the content of the beverage packages (in the same or higher value of the requested category). In accordance with the food safety regulations we can only serve food on the buffet tables for a maximum duration of 3 hours, we dismantle the buffet table after this period. The same regulations forbid us to give guests food for take-away after the event. Companies: Upon the signing of the contract 100% of the ordered services is to be paid by bank transfer.
