EXTENDED STAY If you stay longer than your beverage package is over, but at least after 3 am., we will charge a special and fixed price for extend the staying as a rental fee.

After the drink package is over, we will charge beverages by á la carte pricelist, which have to be paid right after the event, with the extend staying rental fee on the spot.

This extend fee is HUF/every started hour and it doesn t include the drink consumption. After the drink package is over, we will charge beverages by á la carte pricelist, which have to be paid right after the event, with the extend staying rental fee on the spot. Wedding can last up to 4 am. in the Gerbeaud House. SHORT DRINKS In case of predetermined amount of short drinks, we charge the spirit at a discount bottle price. Unfortunately the Gerbeaud House does not allow bringing drinks, food or other pastries in the house.

16 THE GIFT OF THE GERBEAUD HOUSE A MEAL FOR 2 AT ÉMILE S For the young couple, the gift from the Gerbeaud House is a dinner for 2 people in our Émile Restaurant, a true culinary site in Buda, placed in a wonderful villa Pasarét. In the villa, the restaurant, the confectionery and a play empire for children are also presented. From spring to early autumn, guests can enjoy the marvelous ambience of the garden, where comfortable cabanas and family atmosphere guarantee relaxation for a romantic dinner, friendly or business meeting and family events alike. 17 CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT THE PRICES INCLUDE VAT, WE ADD 15% SERVICE CHARGE TO YOUR FINAL FOOD & BEVERAGES BILL. The order of the event would be confirmed after received an order in writing and we require HUF payment in advance. In case of annulation we do not give back the reservation fee. The rest of the amount of the invoice should be paid at least 72 hours before the event. Children between 3-8 years old, we give 50 % discount, catering fee of children below 3 years old is free. Our buffet offers are valid above min. of 25 guests, in the banquet rooms of Gerbeaud House, in case of order one menu per group. If the number of guest is less than 25 persons the prices could be changed! According to the quality standards of the Gerbeaud House, we can only offer the dishes from the buffet table during maximum of 3 hours, and we cannot make packages for take-away after the event. We kindly ask you to choose your menu at least 14 days before the date of your event. Please indicate the final guests number 48 hours (2 working days) before the event. Our bill is based on this final guests number given. The number of guests can be modified with maximum of 10 percent within the last 2-7 days before the event. If the number of guests should increase by more than 10% within 2-7 days of the event, we will charge a 30% food and drink supplement on the increase over 10%. Your order can be cancelled 30 days before the event without any cancellation fee, after this deadline, we will charge cancellation fee as in the followings: between working days 50 pc. of the full amount of the order, between 14 8 working days 70 pc. of the full amount of the order, between 7 3 working days 90 pc. of the full amount of the order, cancelling the event in 2 working days before the event or miss to cancel the event, we would charge the whole amount of the order as a cancelling fee. The Gerbeaud Gasztronómia Ltd. is in partnership with an audio-visual service company. In case the procurer would like to work with his partner, we would invoice extra fee - the extra charges are to agree. In case of other audio-visual company working at Gerbeaud House, procurer is to order a technician from Gerbeaud. In case of electricity needs above 20 Amps, we would charge extra electricity fee HUF/hour. In case of morning event we can provide the room free of extra charge from 7 am., in case of evening event from 4 pm in case the room occupancy permit. Above these duration for building or disassembling the extra charges are to agree. After or before the time period agreed, we do not assume to store any objects not belonging to Gerbeaud House on the premises before or after the event. We only provide any food or beverages for the artists, organizers, subcontractors or other contributors of the event in case of having an agreement with the organizer of the event. The procurer and organizer of the event has full responsibility on conservation the good condition of the venue and the used appliances of the Gerbeaud Gasztronómia Ltd. The rooms and the appliances should be given back in the same conditions as they were on the review before the event. The Gerbeaud Gasztronómia Ltd. decline responsibility to the losses of procurer in case these are out of the accountability of the company. Such as strikes, demonstrations, travelling or logistical difficulties, short circuits, etc. A prearranged permit is required in order to approach, make deliveries to, or park in the area around Gerbeaud House. These permits may be obtained from the Budapest Transportation Center (Budapesti Közlekedési Központ: tel.: ; ). In case you would like to order the services of Gerbeaud Gourmet Catering as an off-premise catering, we would gladly send you our detailed, customized offer upon the menu offers above. In case of off-premise catering, we charge HUF/person catering fee, but minimum of HUF. Catering fee include all the instruments of the meal (cutlery, china dishes, glassware) and the costs of the staff, but do not include the costs of textiles, furniture, decoration and technical needs. By placing an order in writing, it shall be assumed that the organizer of the event accepts the above offer and agrees to the contract terms and conditions.
