4 ZIVA Beef Our ZIVA beef is sourced from the Riverine region in NSW and Gympie in Queensland. Prime quality cattle are grain fed for a minimum of 100 days and are graded under the eat Standards Australia system, ensuring a consistently high quality eating experience. Gluten Free Choices Special consideration has been given to incorporate an array of Gluten Free dining options. Whilst all care is taken to provide a Gluten Free product, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. Our chips are Gluten Free and a selection of Gluten Free beers are also available at the bar.
