7 ORDERING GUIDELINES Due to the large volume of holiday ders, we are sry that we are unable to hon special timed deliveries, take special ders, prepare foods from other holiday menus. Please call early as ders and deliveries are limited. Minimum der f delivery is $250 befe tax and delivery. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express is required with all ders. DEADLINES & IMPORTANT TIMES All Rosh Hashanah ders must be placed by Tuesday, September 8th at 12:00pm Additions, changes deletions to Rosh Hashanah ders must be made befe Tuesday, September 8th at 5:00pm Orders must be picked-up on Sunday, September 13th, Monday, September 14th, between 8:00am until 3:00pm Deliveries will take place on Sunday, September 13th, Monday, September 14th, between 8:00am until 3:00pm DELIVERY DETAILS Delivery is additional, based on location, and will take place within a minimum 4 hour time frame. We are sry, but due to the volume of ders that need to be delivered in a small amount of time we are unable to accommodate special time frame requests closer to s. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your der will be delivered at the end of the driver s route near after 4:00pm and you will be charged an additional delivery fee. All ders arrive with complete heating and serving instructions. SPECIAL ORDERS F the Rosh Hashanah holiday, we are sry that we are unable to take special ders, prepare foods from other all other holiday menus package foods in vessels other than described on the menu. Catering by Michaels has made every efft to ensure that the allergen infmation provided is accurate. However, because of the handcrafted nature of our menu items, the variety of procedures used in our kitchens and our reliance on our suppliers, we can make no guarantees of its accuracy and disclaim liability f the use of this infmation.
