8 booking terms Prices Minimum numbers apply for exclusive use of the Upstairs area DJ Equipment (2 x CDJs, 2 x Vinyl turntables and 4ch Mixer) hire available at the rate of $30/hour Deposit In order to confirm a function booking, a $100 deposit is to be paid, and a booking form needs to be filled out, signed and returned Payment All amounts must be settled before the function begins. This includes all food, bar tabs, packages and security costs. We accept credit card or cash payments. American Express or Diners are also accepted. Packages/catering Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the function. After this time there will be no refunds if numbers have decreased Cancellation In the event of a confirmed function being cancelled within 10 days or less of the function date the client will be charged 100% of the food costs. Any cancellations made within 28 days or less of the function date will result in a non-refundable deposit Damages The client shall remain responsible at all times for any loss or damage to the property of the hotel caused by the client, guests and invitees. We cannot take responsibility for the damage, or loss of items before, during and after a function. We therefore suggest the client considers obtaining insurance cover. Gt s Hotel will not take any responsibility for lawsuits or damages incurred to anyone Decorations Nothing is to be attached to the walls, doors, windows or other surface without prior consent and only Blu Tac is to be used when attaching decorations to walls. Food Due to free room hire our restaurant must cater for all food, cakes excluded. If more food is required on the night please see management before the kitchen closes at 10pm to put in an order.

9 booking terms Responsible Service of Alcohol If any of your guests near the point of intoxication as determined by our staff or security it is a requirement by law that they are removed from the premises. We do not allow 18th birthdays or drink packages with 21st birthdays. No I.D. no entry (drivers licence, proof of age card or passport only) Provisions Of Goods And Services Supplied By The Client Delivery of hired equipment supplied by the client to the hotel must be advised to the manager prior to the delivery and must be delivered to a designated area. The hotel will not be held responsible for the security, set-up or transportation of this equipment and will not be responsible for any damage or loss sustained Security Security will be charged at $35 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours with bookings of 50 or more guests,. Any bookings of 100 people or more are required to have two guards. This is a compulsory charge. 21st birthdays are required to have a guard, even if there are 50 or less guests. Live Entertainment We can provide a DJ for your event at a charge of $100/hour including equipment. All entertainment must be approved by management prior DVD s & Photo Slides We have the equipment to be able to play dvd s and dvd photo slide shows. Prior to the night we request that they are tested here so there are no complications on the night. Ensure there is a repeat function enabled so as to play continuously throughout your function Children On Premises Children under the age of 18 are permitted in the function areas of the hotel but must be in the immediate presence of an adult at all times (standing/sitting next to a parent, not alone or running around venue). Children must be off the premises by 10:30pm. Please enquire for further details. Sound Levels Due to various council and licensing regulations, the management reserves the right to monitor and adjust any sound level. No external sound equipment is permitted to be brought onto the premises. Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of inability to comply with any of the provisions of this contract by virtue of any cessation or interruption of electricity or gas supplies, plant or equipment failure, unavailability of food items, other unforeseen contingency or accident the hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking or refund any deposit without notice
