Our executive chef John Nazim sources quality and fresh ingredients, bringing you superb cuisine and city style dining, to Macarthur. The Grange Room is our private dining room and features its own private bar while maintaining direct access to our fabulous main bar. It is the perfect room for those who prefer a bit of exclusivity. The Hermitage also offers superb four star accommodation. All wedding bookings for 90 guests or more will receive a complimentary bridal spa suite, including a fully cooked breakfast for two. Should you wish to arrange an inspection of our facilities, we would be delighted to show you around, and if our menus may not suit your needs our chef would gladly create something more suitable for you. 9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS For bookings of less than 60 guests, a deposit of $500 is required. If cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to function, your deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the function, your deposit will not be refunded. For bookings of 60 or more guests, a deposit of $1000 is required. If cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to function, your deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs less than 90 days before the function, your deposit will not be refunded. Set menus and Canapés are available for bookings of 19 guests or more. The Hermitage requires two weeks' notice on the menu selections as well as the final number of guests attending the function. One weeks' notice is required for special dietary requirements. As The Hermitage is fully licensed, function organisers are not permitted to supply their own beverages. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service of alchol if it would contravene the restaurant obligations and liquor licensing laws of NSW. This is in regulations regarding the RSA. Damage sustained to any area of The Hermitage by guests, or their outside contractors is the responsibility of the function organisers. The Hermitage does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of property left during the course of, or after, the function. Gratuities are not included and are at the discretion of the organisers. Please note there is a 10% surcharge for Sundays and public holidays. All prices are inclusive of GST. Please note that menus are reviewed every three months. Wedding car for the weddings package is available for Sydney Metro area only. 9
