18 / CONDITIONS CONDITIONS & OFFERS - For weddings with less than 25 paying adults the conditions and offers mentioned are subject to an evaluation - The prices stated are per person and includes the corresponding value added tax (VAT) - Children up to 3 years old: the hotel will provide a vegetable cream and a dessert option from kids menu, free of charge. Children in this age group will not be considered as a wedding guest - Children from the ages of 3 to 12 years old: 50% off in the selected menu or the kids menu Joy of life - The hotel should be informed of the final numbers 15 days before the wedding day. - All stated rates are subject to changes without notice and are also subject to confirmation - The event should cease at midnight. After this time, a fee of 250,00 shall be charged for each extra hour. The party time limit is 02H00. - For health, food and safety reasons, it is forbidden to bring food, to and from, the stated menus.
