Each fond will be cooked by ourselves - convenience products are taboo in our kitchen. Wherever possible, we use local products. The meat comes also from the local Butchers and not from anonymous factory farms. The fish comes from selected suppliers of excellent quality. Our service team consisting of 15 employees and 8 trainees care about your'well-being. We serve you from Monday to Friday for lunch from 12:00 bis 14:00 and daily for dinner from 18:00 bis 22:30 On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant is closed for lunch.
