2 Welcome to La Pistache! We are very pleased to welcome you to our new establishment in St-Cyr-Sur-Mer where good living is essential. Renovated by designer Edmond Garnier, La Pistache invites you to relax around the pleasures of the table. Authentic Mediterranean flavors, delicate scent, rigorous selection of products by our chef Gian Marco Zanca... all the talent of our team for your pleasure! All our dishes are produced on the premises, favouring local produce and enabling the best quality in Bistro gastronomy. La Pistache is also a meeting place to enjoy cocktails and music until 3 am.
