DKK 195 KOHLWURST SAUSAGE WITH SOUTH JUTLAND STEWED KALE AND BOILED POTATOES The kohlwurst sausage is a meaty, smoked sausage which is especially popular in Southern Jutland. It doesn t contain kale but is often served in the company of it. We serve it grilled with South Jutland stewed kale, white potatoes and naturally, tangy mustard. A dish that calls for a nice beer or perhaps a dram. DKK 145 ADAM S SALAD Crunchy duck combined with the bitterness of the endive, walnuts and pomegranates.
