Buzz restaurant is always a city favorite milieu during the festive season and the formula starts with a five-course set lunch menu that attracts a variety of local and international guests who simply relish classic holiday fare. MENU Chestnut salad with roasted duck, hazelnut, frisee and pear Spiced sweet potato soup with scallops ravioli and tomato oil Apricot stuffed duck breast with crisp fennel bread robe, homemade cranberry jam, hasselback potatoes, calvados gravy and braised red cabbage Grilled rock lobster with crab and truffle tortellini, buttered bok choy and lemon buttered bok choy and lemon butter bisque juice. MENU Cold appetizers: Salmon Bellevue, Shrimps pyramid with two flavored sauces, smoked fish parade Abundant cold salad bar includes: All lettuce and vegetables and a selection of dressings, Hawaiian chicken salad, Indonesian salads, sea scallop salad with artichoke, melon and lemon dressing, curried rice salad with seafood, mixed green salad with garlic croutons, beef bacon and goat cheese, Caesar salad, and selection of international cheese and bread Two hot soups on offer: Oxtail and lobster clam chowder Hot dishes: Baked salmon, spinach in herb crust with saffron sauce, chicken breast with spinach and mushrooms, beef bacon, pearl onions with red wine sauce and garlic, stuffed zucchinis, vegetable symphony, cheese potato mash The carving station includes: Beef Wellington

8 The Mexican cantina offers: nachos, tacos, dips, taco meat, guacamole, cheddar cheese, tomato salsa, sour cream as well as chicken and beef tortilla. The Arab meat station: Shawerma, serves BBQ meats and oriental rice Asian specialties include: Stir-fried noodles with vegetables, chicken and shrimps, roasted duck with hoi sin sauce, mandarin pancakes and mixed satay Continental items include: New Years pasta with lobster sauce, goat cheese and peppers, roasted veal loin with thyme and red wine and foie gras sauce and party saffron paella with fresh mussels, jumbo shrimps, calamari and chicken Deserts to look for are wide ranging although expect the classics such as apple- strudle, mixed fruit mousse, crème brulee, mini tarts and Indonesian sweets with a show desert of crepe IDR 280, per person (includes welcome drink, party favors and give away)
