The restaurant or rather SCH serves variety of cuisines for breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner & beverages services and has been in Brickfields for approximately 10 years to date. From all these years, SCH is specialized in Chapatti which is low in calorie with high in fiber. Beside this, SCH is uniquely distinctive with it s hot sizzling barbequed dishes from the tandoor which is a clay oven and very distinct way of cooking of different breads freshly baked also in the tandoor and has prepared authentic Punjabi Cuisine featuring set menu and a la carte items.

6 Signature dishes such as a variety of vegetarian menu which special selection of low calorie food are more to boast about.. and non-vegetarian food in Punjabi Cuisine such as Briyani Rice, Ghee Rice, Mutton Ribs Dalcha, Mutton Varuval, Chicken Peratal, Sweet & Sour Prawn and many more varieties for Punjab food.
