1 SUMMER MENU 2012 The focus of Alleys is the seasons, with the menu designed to change accordingly, bringing the best each season has to offer. The approach is more natural and continually evolving, where the emphasis is on where food comes from and how it is grown. Lunch 7 Days 11.30am-2.30pm Kitchen hours Feel free to linger longer! Dinner 7 Days Sunday to Thursday 5.30pm- 8.30pm Fri and Sat 5.30pm till 9pm Just sit back and relax! We love the warmer weather and so do our gardens. It seems we have given them the right amount of sun, shade and love, because they are thriving! You will notice that there are more menu items within this menu that have the icon. This means our chefs are using more produce from our veggie patches. Using fresh produce makes such a difference and you can t get much fresher than picking what you need when you need it, says our Executive Chef Jiri Solnicka Jiri has over 30 years experience spanning the globe and has worked hard with his talented team to provide a summer menu that caters to varying diets, budgets & tastes.
