Our Herbs & Spices Garden Located on Mezzanine Floor, our garden flourishes with a variety of herbs and spices that include the likes of marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano.

18 Our Herbs & Spices Garden Located on Mezzanine Floor, our garden flourishes with a variety of herbs and spices that include the likes of marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano. The plants, grown without any synthetic based fertilizers, are cultivated and nurtured by Chef Looi Soon Lee. The culinary herbs are picked once a day to meet the needs for flavouring and garnishing of dishes in all our outlets. Feel free to explore our garden at any time before 7.00pm but if you wish to meet Chef Looi for a chat, he is usually there between 3.00pm to 4.00pm on most days.
