5 SALADS MEXICAN CHICKEN SALAD Chopped pineapples, gherkins and shredded chicken with mayonnaise served on a bed of lettuce. CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD Roasted chicken breast served on a bed of crisp lettuce with parmesan shavings, garlic croutons and our delicious homemade Caesar dressing.
