The Executive Chef and his team have created this menu that has a fusion of contemporary and modish flavourings to enrich Southern Kiwi ingredients. Hanmer springs wild venison, Canterbury Lamb, and Akaroa Salmon are our recommendations to savour Pure New Zealand flavours which are intensified by the likes of cumin infused minted yoghurt, coconut lentil crust, vincotto beurre rouge. Complete your gourmet experience with fine New Zealand wines from our Wine List.
