2 Welcome The Wimbledon Club is a multisports club with separate sections for squash, tennis, cricket, hockey and a gym, located in the heart of SW19. Our Head Chef Anthony Dunball previously from The Savoy, London, who completed stages at Chez Bruce in Wandsworth and Outlaws at the Capital - Knightsbridge and was lecturing on Professional Cookery at Westminster Kingsway College comes as a breath of fresh air to The Wimbledon Club and has created our very own unique menu. He believes in a fresh food policy with a value for money concept and leads a small team of chefs from local colleges to give them experience of `real life` in the catering industry. Anthony is also an active member of the club where he has been involved in managing the Masters and Grandmasters Men s Hockey teams. Paulo Santos, our front of house manager, was born in Bahia, Brazil and went to university in Salvador to study law but decided against pursuing this as a career, so instead studied Business Studies and Hospitality. He came to the UK in 1989 and started working in the Hospitality Industry. He worked as a Butler for 17 years at the Honourable Society of Lincoln s Inn. Paulo has a keen passion for football, music and fine wines - the perfect mix to ensure that all members experience the best possible time when at The Wimbledon Club. Enjoy your meal!
