2 Cyflwyniad Canolfan Halliwell Mae Canolfan Halliwell yn lleoliad cynadledda pwrpasol sydd ar gael drwy'r flwyddyn ac yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer cynadleddau dydd a phreswyl. Hwn yw'r lleoliad cynadledda pwrpasol mwyaf poblogaidd yn yr ardal, gan gynnal dros 1000 o gynadleddau bob blwyddyn. Cynadledda Prif ystafell gynadledda eang a chyfforddus gyda lle i 200 o gynadleddwyr. Theatr gyda lle i 325 sy'n ddelfrydol ar gyfer cynadleddau, lansio cynnyrch, perfformiadau theatraidd a chyngherddau. 3 ystafell gynadledda arall â lle i eistedd o 40 i 100 o gynadleddwyr. Prif fan arddangos o 210m a rhagor o le arddangos ar gael. Ardal i gofrestru a derbyn cynadleddwyr. Arlwyo o safon uchel, gydag ystod eang o fwydlenni cynadleddau ar gael. Polisi dwyieithog Yn ystod gwyliau'r Brifysgol mae gennym hyd at 500 o ystafelloedd gwely safonol ac en-suite â phob cyfleuster ar gael ar gyfer cynadleddau preswyl ynghyd ag amrywiaeth o ystafelloedd cynadledda a chyfarfod pellach.

4 Ystafell Cothi: Mae Ystafell Cothi â seddau i hyd at 200 o gynadleddwyr ar ffurf theatr ac mae'n ystafell hyblyg iawn gyda digon o le ar gyfer arddangosfeydd, cyflwyniadau a chynadleddau mawr. Mae ganddi ei system PA a'i system anwytho sain ei hun. Mae hefyd yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer gwleddoedd priodas a chiniawau busnes neu gymdeithasau. Mae Ystafell Cothi yn cynnwys bar, llawr dawnsio canolog a balconi mawr â golygfeydd gwych dros Gaerfyrddin a Dyffryn Tywi. Ystafell Teifi: Ychydig yn llai nag Ystafell Cothi, yn Ystafell Teifi mae lle i eistedd 100 o gynadleddwyr a bar ar gyfer digwyddiadau cymdeithasol. Ystafell Taf: Yn Ystafell Taf mae seddau i hyd at 40 o gynadleddwyr ar gyfer cyfarfodydd bach a sesiynau hyfforddi. Mae'r celfi lolfa'n ei gwneud yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer cyfarfodydd mwy anffurfiol. Ystafell Flemming: Yn Ystafell Flemming mae cadeiriau Carver derw uchel a chypyrddau llyfrau ar hyd y waliau. Mae'n berffaith ar gyfer cyfarfodydd ffurfiol pryd mae angen cynllun ar ffurf ystafell fwrdd. Lle i hyd at 40 o gynadleddwyr. Theatr Halliwell: Mae'r theatr yn cynnig seddau i hyd at 325 ac mae'n ddelfrydol ar gyfer cynadleddau mawr. 14 Introduction The Halliwell Centre The Halliwell Centre is a purpose designed all year conference venue which is ideal for both day and residential conferences. The most popular dedicated conference venue in the region, hosting over 1000 conferences every year. Conferencing A spacious and comfortable main conference room with a capacity of 200 delegates. A theatre space that has a capacity of 325, ideal for conferences, product launches, theatrical performances and concerts. 3 other conference suites with seating capacity from 40 to 100 delegates. A main exhibition area of 210m² with further exhibition space available. Registration & reception area. High quality catering, with a wide range of conference menus available. Resaurant & coffee shop located within the centre, open 8.00am to 6.30pm. Office services: photocopying etc. A sound induction system for the hearing imparired. Friendly, welcoming and professional conference staff. A full range of audio-visual and technical facilities. Parking is available but is limited. Bil-lingual policy. During University vacation periods we have up to 500 well appointed standard & en-suite bedrooms available for residential conferences along with a rnage of further conference and meeting rooms.

16 The Cothi Suite: Holding up to 200 delegates theatre style, the Cothi is a highly adaptable room with ample space for exhibitions, presentation and large conferences. Equipped with its own PA system and sound induction system, it is also ideal for wedding receptions and business or association dinners. The Cothi suite contains a bar, centrally located dance floor and large balcony with fine views over Carmarthen and the Towy Valley. Teifi Suite: Slightly smaller that the Cothi, the Teifi suite can seat up to 100 delegates and also contains a bar for social functions. The Taf Room: The Taf can seat up to 40 delegates for small meeting and training sessions. Its removable lounge furniture makes it ideal for more informal meetings. The Flemming Suite: With high oak Carver chairs and bookcase-lined, the Flemming is perfect for formal meetings requiring a boardroom setting with a capacity for up to 40 delegates. The Halliwell Theatre: Offering seating for up to 325, the theatre is ideal for large conferences. A perfect setting for product launches, guest speakers, concerts and theatrical productions.
