4 I. PARKING SPACE Complimentary parking is available next to YOUNGS Bar & Restaurant within a short walking distance. II. EVENT TIMESLOT Monday to Friday 12pm to 11pm Saturday & Sunday 8.30am to 11pm 2-hour event bookings are available during these stipulated timings. Should your event date and time be right after another event, kindly allow a 30-minute turnover period for your event to commence. III. SURCHARGES Surcharges are applicable for: i) Exclusive Use of Space - The following minimum spend would apply for exclusive use of space for the respective seating areas for a three-hour booking. Food and beverage ordered for the event would be provided for two hours. INDOOR DINING AREA Monday to Thursday Lunch (11.30am to 5pm): $2,000 Dinner (5pm to 10pm) : $4,000 OUTDOOR DINING AREA Monday to Thursday Lunch (11.30am to 5pm): $4,000 Dinner (5pm to 10pm) : $6,000 III. SURCHARGES ii) Additional Hour - A 30-minute grace period after the event booking time will be provided for customers to clean up after their event. Exceeding the grace period, additional surcharge (indicated in the event booking form) by the hour will apply.
