Stuffed Flat Mushrooms 6.95 Field mushrooms stuffed with nutmeg scented baby spinach, topped with goats cheese and baked to perfection. Served with balsamic vinaigrette. Garlic Bread with Mozzarella Cheese & Tomato 4.95 The above, but finished with chopped tomato and melted mozzarella cheese. Seafood Appetisers Steamed Mussels Marinara

Smoked Salmon Platter oz (85g) of smoked Irish Salmon served on traditional brown soda bread, seasonal leaves and a light lemon dressing. Deep Fried Prawns in Filo Pastry 8.25 Tiger Prawns wrapped in filo pastry and served with a light, sweet chili sauce. Salads Chicken Caesar Salad 9.95 Fresh Romaine lettuce, chargrilled chicken breast and freshly shaved Parmesan all mixed with our own Caesar dressing. Greek Salad 7.95 Fresh seasonal leaves, black olives, diced feta cheese, tomato, cucumber and red onion tossed in a light olive and lemon oil dressing. Prawn Salad Dublin Bay Prawns bound in Marie Rose sauce and served with a five-leaf salad garnish on brown bread. Cajun Chicken Salad Hot Cajun chicken strips with a tossed salad & blue cheese dressing. Pasta Pasta Carbonara Fried bacon and onion in a garlic and white wine cream sauce with penne pasta. Pasta Alfredo Penne pasta & broccoli, in a blue cheese dressing. Seafood Pasta Penne pasta with chunks of seafood in a white wine & cream sauce. 2
3 Stews Traditional Irish Stew Chunks of lamb, potatoes and vegetables make up this most traditional of Irish dishes. And no, before you ask, the recipe is secret! Beef And Guinness Stew Chunks of beef, mushrooms, carrots and onions in a rich Guinness and thyme sauce, served with a basket of fresh bread. Poultry Brazen Stuffed Breast of Chicken Breast of chicken stuffed with sausage meat, potatoes, fresh herbs, wrapped in bacon and covered in a chasseur sauce. Honey Glazed Half Roast Duckling Roasted then stuffed with traditional Irish breadcrumb stuffing, crisped up with a honey glaze and served with a rich Grand Marnier and orange sauce. Meat 10oz Sirloin Steak Prime cut Irish beef cooked to your liking and served with a red wine and rosemary jus. Please allow additional time for cooking. 10oz Fillet Steak Prime cut of Irish beef cooked to your liking and served with a peppercorn and brandy sauce. Medallions of Beef Fillet Medallions of beef seared on a skillet, glazed with wholegrain mustard and Guinness and finished with fresh tomatoes and a rich demi-glace sauce. Baked Limerick Ham This traditional dish sees our 8oz gammon steaks baked with a mustard and honey glaze, stuffed with cloves and served with a fresh parsley sauce. 3

Supreme of Cod Portuguese Fresh cod baked in the oven, served with tomato concas and fresh herbs. Pan Fried Sea Trout Served on a bed of sautéed potatoes with a leek, tomato and red onion sauce.
