Chicken liver pate 5.25 served with homemade chutney and toast. Tempura King Prawns 6.75 served with a crispy leaf salad and sweet chilli dressing. Breaded Brie 5.25 served with a side salad and sweet chilli mayo dip. FROM THE SEA Beer battered haddock served with homemade chips, mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce. Scampi 9.95 served with homemade chips, garden peas and homemade tartare sauce. Smoked haddock risotto served with peas, spring onion and parmesan cheese. Cumberland sausage with creamy mashed potatoes and a root vegetable medley, all served in a giant Yorkshire pudding with red wine jus. Braised lamb shank served with creamy mashed potatoes, fine beans, whole braised carrots and a red wine jus. Honey roast ham served with sweet potato fries, a rocket and tomato salad and a pot of pineapple salsa. Slow cooked belly pork with colcannon mashed potatoes, black pudding and apricot jus. Beef brisket cooked for 14 hours, served with a potato and root vegetable stew and a sour dough roll. Classic beef lasagne served with a salad and a garlic ciabatta.
