8 Terms & Conditions The client is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost upon the signing of the event order. The balance must be settled at the end of the function, otherwise interest at the rate of 2% p. m. will be charged. Cancellation of function required at least 48 hours notice in advance, otherwise 75% of the total estimated cost will be charged. If less than 24 hours notice the full estimated cost will be charged Any alteration of menu within 24 hours will not be entertained The Company will not responsible for any shortcoming if the guest turnout to be more than the confirmed number. The Company will not entertain for any claims if the foods turn bad on the delaying of the confirmed serving time. Minimum of 50pax for 4 hours per event. All beverages included in the menu are limited to maximum of 4 hours serving only. No outside food is allowed during entire duration (except Birthday cakes and foods special dietary needs i.e.: lactose intolerant, diabetic allergies etc) All functions are limited to maximum 4 hours or before p.m. Whichever come first?
