We invite you to exchange vows surrounded by the beautiful views on offer at our Hanging Tree Wines property, where a traditional wedding of tranquillity, exquisite wines, and natural beauty await in this Hunter Valley wedding destination. The setting, with its historic Blacksmith's shack and barn yard style cellar door is nestled among old growth vineyards and provides for a magical atmosphere that will charm and captivate your guests. After your ceremony, your guests can flow to your reception site right on property, while you and your wedding party pose amidst the elegant backdrop of the winery grounds and the rose garden to capture your unforgettable day. Whether you are catering for a small intimate group of guests or an elaborate celebration with all of the trimmings, Hanging Tree is sure to be the perfect backdrop for your special day.

2 The Homestead Built in 2005, the Hanging Tree Homestead is a mix of ancient and modern design that overlooks the Broken Back Mountain with an expanse of rolling hills and captivating views. The venue holds up to 60 people on our deck, or up to 100 people on the grounds surrounding. The suites in the homestead offer spacious rooms for you and your bridal party to get ready in and is perfectly decorated in a quaint, charming and romantic style. After the celebrations, you and your party are a mere few steps to your bed for the night. Features of the Homestead include: 2 master suites with king size beds and spacious granite ensuite bathrooms 2 deluxe rooms with queen size beds and adjoining bathrooms Contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with timber bench tops 8 seater dining room Entertainment centre inc. big screen TV, DVD & CD player with surround sound Central lounge area with stone fireplace Reading room with stone fireplace BBQ + Full deck with 2 sun rooms Reverse cycle air conditioning Free wi-fi around the property

3 Our Rates *Please note: Our rates are an estimate only prices will vary depending on your needs. Full Package = $6,500 Includes: Wedding ceremony access to property for you and up to 100 guests (Set up and pull down time is arranged on a case by case basis) Wedding Reception access to property for you and up to 100 guests Photography unlimited use of the Hanging Tree property for your wedding photography (excluding inside buildings unless prior arrangement) Homestead Accommodation* 2 nights accommodation in our 4 bedroom homestead for up to 8 people Toilets one male / one female portable trailer toilets Wine barrels for decoration 8-10 seater iron bark table/benches on wheels for your perusal Bins/bin liners (general rubbish and recycling) 2 Complimentary Bottles of Bubbles for you and your bridal party to enjoy while you get ready for your big day Wines Note that only Hanging Tree Wine is to be consumed on site. We have a four case (12pk) minimum purchase for wedding receptions with a discount of 15% off all Hanging Tree Wines purchased for the day Ceremony Only = $800 Includes: Wedding ceremony - access to property for you and up to 100 guests for 2 hours. (Set up and pull down time is arranged on a case by case). Wet weather option: under the sail around the cellar door Access to the property for you and your bridal party for the 2 hours - for the use of photography. Access includes the whole property, excluding the homestead and the cellar door, unless prior arrangement Wines Discount of 15% off all Hanging Tree Wines purchased for the day Photography Only = $200 Includes: Access to the property for you and your bridal party for 2 hours for the use of photography. Additional hours can be purchased at the cost of 6 bottles of Hanging Tree Wines. * Homestead Accommodation: Extra nights can be purchased at our Homestead at 10% off excludes public holidays (Normal rates: $1,000/night). A maximum of two extra guests are allowed to stay with prior authorization from management, at a charge of $100/person/night. A three night minimum stay applies for bookings between the Christmas and New Year s Period (23 rd December - 3 rd January) ** Our local staff can also provide bar service at an hourly charge please contact us for more details

5 Celebrate Special Occasions With Personalised Hanging Tree Wines Choose from a selection of piccolo wines 187ml 200ml to be personalised for your special occasion: Whites: Chardonnay, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon: $7 per bottle Reds: Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot: $7 per bottle Fortified: Tawny Trop (Port): $10 per bottle Turnaround time is normally 7-14 days from payment and your approved artwork design A once off Design fee of $25 applies to all new label designs - after job completion, we will retain your label for you for future use and also send you a digital copy of the label for your own use. To Order: 1. Choose your wine from the above options Limited to 2 varieties per case of 24. (Minimum order is 24 bottles) 2. Send an to info@hangingtreewines.com.au to commence your label design: Include up to 2 high resolution photos / pictures to be used on your label Text Any content you require Any colour specifications Label glossy or matte 3. We will send you a quote, with all of your design details, costs and shipping costs 4. Once you have approved of the quote, we will design your labels, send you a proof to view/edit and confirm. We will then label, and if required, ship your piccolos directly to you. Label Design Examples

6 Booking Conditions Deposit: At the time of booking, we require your completed Booking Form and a deposit of 30% of your total to secure your dates. If the booking is made 60 days or less before the date of your event, the full amount payable is required to secure your booking. Bond: A refundable Bond of $1,000 is payable at least one week out from your event date. This is to be in the form of bank transfer (details listed below). A 2% surcharge applies for Bond transferrals via credit card. Final Payment: We require full payment no later than 60 days from the date of your event. Your refundable bond ($1,000) is payable one week out from your event date. We accept Bank Cheques, Visa & MasterCard. Alternatively our direct deposit details are; Bank: Westpac Bank AC Name: Golden Gate Enterprise Pty Ltd BSB: AC No (Please use your surname and event date as a reference) Cancellation: In the unfortunate case of cancellation, the fees will be as follows: 1. Where written notification of a cancellation is received at least 6 months prior to the date of the event booked, your deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 5% of your total booking amount, less Bond. 2. If notification of a cancellation is received less than 6 months prior but no more than 60 days prior to the booked date, your full deposit will be forfeited and retained by Hanging Tree Wines, less Bond. 3. If notification of cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the booked date, initial deposit and all payments are forfeited and retained by Hanging Tree Wines, less Bond. We advise all brides to take out appropriate insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen Circumstances: Due to any unforeseen circumstances or accidents, the venue reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any deposit at any time. Prices: Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices quoted within our package, prices will vary depending on the size and requirements of your booking. Quoted prices are inclusive of GST. Please note that all Public Holidays incur a surcharge of 10%.
