7 USEFUL INFORMATION FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS We recommend the florist Lederleiter in Krems The flowers will be delivered directly to the hotel. MENUS You are welcome to bring your individually designed printed menus and place cards for your festive table. We will also be pleased to print menus for you at a price of Euro 2.60 per menu. CAKES/PASTRIES We recommend the confectionary Raimitz in Krems or the confectionary Hagmann in Krems for your special cake or confectionary arrangements. You are also welcome to order one of our homemade cakes. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS As soon as you have provided us with the number of your committed guests, our headwaiter will suggest the best suitable seating arrangements for the room you have chosen. Depending on your personal wishes, tables can be set in pink, light yellow or white. MUSIC The music has to come to an end by 11 p.m. CONCLUDING YOUR FESTIVITIES As the night progresses, we recommend goulash or a cheese platter. Considering the hotel guests we have to inform you that the celebration has to end at midnight. PAYMENT After your event we will send you the total bill with a payment form. Please understand that we cannot accept credit cards for groups. PARKING We want to inform you that in our two courtyards, only hotel guests will find amply free parking space. Unfortunately we also have to tell you, that the few parking spaces available in the town of Dürnstein belong to the residents of Dürnstein. There is ample parking space available at the public car parks P1 and P2 (a five minutes walk from the hotel). If arriving by bus you will receive a free ticket for the bus parking space.
