6 Conditions Prices oriented to groups over 80 people or more, for smaller groups the price will be recalculated. For reservation and acceptance of the contract, 50% of the value of the service must be paid. 50% of the remaining amount must be paid in the next 3 days after the end of the event. The number of guests cannot be reduced below the budgeted minimum and the final number of guests must be known one week before the event date. After accepting the event, in case you wish to cancel, proceed as follows: You will be refunded 100% of the reservation in case you cancel up to 15 days before the event You will be refunded 50% of the reservation in case you cancel up to 10 days before the event We will not make any refund if you make a cancellation within 10 days before the event start date. The children s menu (up to 8 years) has a discount of 50% on the original menu price. The service lasts approximately 2:00 hr. The budget will vary according to the technical visit and conditions of the chosen space. Proposals include waiters needed for the service. The furniture and amenities for the buffet and drinking bars necessary for the service is included.
