1 KIS Dining Hall Renovation Lunch Arrangement Welcome back to school! During summer vacation, the school has started the renovation of the dining hall. Due to renovation process, the dining area will be closed until 15 th September We have some special lunch arrangement as follows. For Kindergarten, Year 1 to Year 3 and Springboard - All ordered lunch will be sent directly to the classroom in the form of lunch box. We apologize that there will be NO ON DAY PURCHASE during this period of time. - When you order lunch for your child, kindly fill in Choice A/B/C to the appropriate date. Attached is the order form and menu for your reference. - Please complete the attachment and to jeanaye@compass-hk.com before 10 th August For Year 4 and Above - We recommend that you place pre-order lunch for your child during the dining hall renovation period. Please indicate clearly his/her daily choice (i.e. Meal A/Meal B/Meal C). Your child will need to bring along their lunch card and collect their lunch from the ground floor food counter. - Please complete the attachment and to jeanaye@compass-hk.com before 10 th August ON DAY PURCHASE LUNCH will be cut off the same day at 10:20 am. Student needs to keep the receipt and pick up the ordered lunch at food counter during lunch time. Salad Bar and Kimchee During the renovation period, offer of salad, kimchee and hot soup will be suspended. We will provide packed drink to replace hot soup and make sure that there are vegetables in your child s lunch box. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Snack Pre-packed snacks and drinks will be available during recess. Thank you for your attention! 2/8/2018
