The final touch is to cook the dish on skewers in the traditional clay oven over charcoal to give a unique flavour. All dishes are served with accompaniments of rice, salad and home made Tikka sauce. TANDOORI CHICKEN Tender spring chicken marinated in Special Sauce and our own made cultured yoghurt for at least 12 hours before being cooked (on the bone) and served with rice, salad and Sauce. Please allow 20 minutes TANDOORI MIXED GRILL Selection of Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Lamb Tikka and Shik kebab and served with rice, naan, salad and sauce. Please allow 20 minutes. TANDOORI KING PRAWN Also served with rice, salad and Sauce. TANDOORI SHIK KEBAB Minced lamb mixed with fresh berbs, coriander, onion and our special spices, then cooked in a clay oven. Tikka Dishes Cubes of chicken breast or lamb marinated with fresh garlic, ginger, green chilli, our special spices and yoghurt for at least 12 hours, and then cooked on in the tandoor which not only gives a distinct flavour but gives the meat a special melt in the mouth quality. Roasted star aniseed, jevintree and fenugreek seeds with special goan red chillies, coconut and cinnamon, all contribute to the stunning flavour of this regional dish. Must be tried!
