Zinga Fish Diced white freshwater fish cooked in fresh herbs and green beans in a lightly spiced sauce garnished with coriander and exotic lime. Medium to hot flavour. Chilli Chingri Whole, shelled tiger prawns stir-fried in an exotic mix of spices with capsicum, spring onions, green chillies, and fresh ginger, soya sauce, tabasco sauce and garnished with fresh coriander, a dish from eastern part of Bengal.
