2 A MESSAGE FROM MARWAN The new menu at Koukash embodies everything I love about food as I genuinely believe there is nothing better than sitting down with friends and family to enjoy wonderfully prepared ingredients cooked to perfection by fantastically talented chefs. Since arriving in Liverpool in 1976 I have been fortunate enough to have travelled extensively, experiencing a wide variety of dishes from every corner of the globe, and now I have brought together a selection of my favourites for you to enjoy; while also adding my own special twist of course. I just hope you will enjoy them as much as my family and I and we can t wait to welcome you to Koukash very soon.

5 MAINS & GRILLS Lamb Yaourtlou kebab Lamb kebab served on warm pita bread with yoghurt, spiced red sauce and dusted with smoked paprika This is my favourite Greek kebab, a simple yet warming dish that reminds me of sunsets and al fresco dining Red Knot Shiraz 175ml , 250ml , Bottle Beef burger with apple slaw gram beef burger, topped sliced tomato, Egyptian gem lettuce, onion marmalade served with apple slaw and chunky chips I love a great burger, but I had never tried it with apple slaw until our Head Chef recommended it. Trust me you will have it again! 7 SWEETS Charlotte Monte Carlo 7.50 Chocolate mousse with a rum and white ganache This dessert reminds me of sitting on Monte Carlo marina and enjoying a relaxing evening watching the glitterazzi drive by Chargrilled Pineapple 7.50 Sweet caramelized pineapple with coconut cream and a chocolate crumble There is nothing better than the flavours of this dessert on a hot summers evening, I first had this as child when in Beirut Portokalopita 6.50 Filo pastry soaked in fresh orange with a homemade vanilla ice cream When I think of this dish, I think of a big family party with everyone wrestling to get the first portion and the last
