2 WELCOME TO PAN MASTER CHEF S PROMISE Dear Guest Cooking has always been my profession but also my passion. Since 1989 working in the position as a head chef, around 1995, I created my own business in the catering industry called, Last Day of Raj based in Suffolk. Since then I have been promoting my restaurants one by one all over the UK and learning a variety of skills from them. I was trained by father Mr. Ali, the owner of Light of India. I have always had enthusiasm to cook delicious food using timeless recipes and techniques. My aim is to please everyone around me with my creative and innovative avoures from the East. My challenge to you is that the culinary delights I am offering will pamper the taste buds to your complete satisfaction, if they fail to do so I will be happy to offer you either an alternative or a full refund for that dish. This is my PROMISE!
