The menu will have a few adjustments including the addition of nutritional information. ~HAPPY THANKSGIVING ~ Fall is finally here, and the holiday season is upon us. This month we set apart one special day to gather with family and friends to give thanks. Dining Services has amended the normal hours of operation on Nov 26 & 27, so our staff has an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones. First we will have a Thanksgiving Day Buffet to gather with our Blue Skies family. Happy Thanksgiving to all from Dining Services! ~Holiday Schedule for the Cochran s Bistro and Sky Lounge ~ Thursday, Nov 26 ~ ~Regular Breakfast Service in Cochran s from 7-9:30am. ~Thanksgiving Buffet in the Lobby and Legacy Room. Take-outs start from 10:30-11am. Dine-in buffet will open at 11am-1pm. ~Cochran s and Sky Lounge will be closed for Lunch and Dinner Service. Friday, Nov 27 ~ ~Regular Breakfast Service in Cochran s from 7-9:30am. ~Regular Lunch Service in Cochran s from 11am-1:30pm. ~Cochran s will have Grab-n-Go from 1:30-4pm; closed for dinner service. ~Sky Lounge will be closed Dinner Service. ~Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwiches ~ Dining Services often hears the Thanksgiving Buffet is superb, but I really miss the leftover turkey sandwiches that evening. So, as in years past, we ll have Turkey or Ham sandwiches available for purchase at the front desk on Thanksgiving Day. If you want to purchase a sandwich or two, please sign up in the CC1 no later than noon on Wednesday, Bon Appetit 1
